***The name of your print shop/files purchasing the license for MUST be notated in the appropriate field for this license to be valid.
This license is only required for those printing and selling fabric by-the-yard (or half yard).
All our files include small commercial use for physical end-products (clothes, bows, tumblers, mugs, stickers, etc.).
This listing does not include any files; however it is required before selling *FABRIC* made from files purchased from Rose Garden Graphics.
Terms:
1. This license is for small shop fabric printing shops only. This license is not for mass production facilities or print-on-demand services (Zazzle, Spoonflower, etc).
2. There is no yard or time limit on this license for small shops. Once purchased, this license is a valid agreement to print the file for the duration of time that the shop is considered a “small business”. If the shop transitions to a mass production facility, this license is no longer valid.
3. The name of your print shop/files purchasing the license for MUST be notated in the appropriate field for this license to be valid.
4. When listing the designs on your shop page as available for purchase, files MUST be watermarked no matter the image quality uploaded.
